Previous Projects

Not a huge list for the time being, but give me time! These are roughly in chronological order, starting with the most recent

Last Meal

I guess the most recent past project was my competition entry for the Nature Academy contest at the end of the course. It took about 30 minutes to render and had some very minor post work in gimp (using levels and a bit of sharpening)

This actually won the contest! it got me a piece of software called XFrog, which seems to have great potential for organic modelling (I'm still more comfortable with Blender though) and a graphics tablet, which has made texture creation quite a lot easier! But don't just take my word for it! The results for the contest are here.

Gret's Bait - Mass Effect

This ties in to my current project quite heavily. Essentially it was a proof of concept; a test to see if I could replicate the world realistically. I think it was a success and now I'm about 2 years in to the real thing. The bartender will feature in the real thing. I'm just working on that scene currently! Head over to my current projects page to see more.

Star Wars - Misfortune

A fairly major project that took up two years of my life. It was a fully animated Star Wars fanfilm. It's not that great to be honest. But I was learning as I was going.

There is a teaser trailer (another simple proof of concept, which was barely adequate, but seemed good at the time!)

There was also a more proper trailer

And, of course, the final animation itself!
